EMILY  TAMARKIN

Emily Tamarkin was raised in northern Kentucky and has since lived in Arizona, Texas, Nevada and California. 

Emily has over 30 years experience in administration supporting upper management within a wide range of areas including warehouse distribution, international shipping, repair and maintenance facilities, engineering firms, sales and marketing firms, and non-profits.  She has also effectively managed both hourly and salaried personnel since the mid 1970s.  Creative by nature, she has expanded her expertise in graphic design and desktop publishing for her employers as well as volunteering her services for charitable organizations and events.  She has also planned and executed various special events.

Current Activities

Emily is a co-founder of USCL Corporation located in Carmichael, California.  She is a Director of USCL, serving as Corporate Secretary and also maintains a key role in the administrative and marketing functions of the company on a daily basis.

Married to CEO and President of USCL, Tom Tamarkin for 25 years, Emily has never been unable to distance herself for long from entrepreneurial pursuits.

Education

Having attended colleges in Arizona and Texas, Emily was consistently on the Dean's List, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while raising a family and working part-time.  She has attended many workshops to increase her knowledge in both administration and graphic design.
